  This directory contains every release of the COMP242-07B Assignment and its
  successor versions by David Goodwin.

  Marked (COMP242 Assignment) versions:

  0.1       03-AUG-07  aka Assignment 1. This is the first marked version.
  0.2       03-SEP-07  aka Assignment 2. This is the second marked version.
  0.3       09-OCT-07  aka Assignment 3. This is the third and final marked
                       version.

  All above versions were COMP242-07B Assignments. Each one was written to a
  specification handed out in a lecture and completed by the due date for marks.

  Once COMP242-07B finished some minimal development work continued with the aim
  of finishing off everything that didnt have time to be done before the final
  assignment was due. None of this work was ever worth anything - it has only
  occured to make it "finished".
  
  As all versions beyond 0.3 (including its patches) have nothing to do with 
  COMP242-07B besides using the assignment codebase, version 0.4 (should it 
  ever exist - it is planned) will drop the COMP242 references and just become
  something like "LTS Spring Embedder".

  0.3-1     18-JUL-08  version 0.3 patchlevel 1. This is a bugfix and
                       compatibility release. No significant new features were
                       introduced. This was released over nine months after the
                       COMP242-07B paper finished and so was never marked.
  0.3-2     18-OCT-08  version 0.3 patchlevel 2. This is a bugfix release.
  0.3-2A    18-OCT-08  version 0.3 patchlevel 2 with licensing information
                       inserted in .java files.
  0.4       17-OCT-09  First feature release since v0.3. Adds MRU list, improved
  	    	       graphical editing, etc.
  0.5       25-SEP-10  Feature release. Adds zoom and pan, anti-aliasing,
                       option of running without an anchor node.
  
  
  LICENSING
  ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Due to the nature of early versions of this software (university
    assignments never intended for public release) versions 0.3-2 and below do
    not contain any copyright or licensing information.

    Already released versions will NOT be refitted with Copyright and
    licensing information. Insead, their licensing information officially
    resides in the file HISTORIC_LICENSE.txt contained within this directory.
